Fix and Flips loans are short-term loans for investment properties used by real estate investors to purchase and improve a property. They then sell the homes for a profit. These homes can be single, multi-family, or mixed-use properties. The improvements range from minor renovations to complete building reconstruction.

CASH-OUT REFINANCING

Use cash-out refinancing to replace a current real estate investment loan with a new mortgage. It is higher than the existing outstanding balance but allows you to take advantage of the equity built up in a property. You can withdraw the difference between the two mortgages in cash.

The Commercial Loan Program is used to help businesses purchase long-term assets. It can also be used to help fund day-to-day operational costs. Investment loan methods include Traditional Bridge Lending, Note-on-Note Financing, Note Acquisitions, Subordinate Debt, Mezzanine Financing, and Preferred Equity.

These investment loans are valuable cost savers for real estate investors who fit the criteria and are Bridge and Cash-out refinancing loans only.  The no-appraisal loan program saves money while helping investors close deals as quickly as possible.
